Bookings

A booking module where each service chooses its shape: day or night stays with pooled inventory, fixed time slots, or free-form durations, all in one bookings table. It has public booking pages with guest booking, optional approval, waitlists and confirmation emails with .ics attachments. Payment collection is not wired yet; prices and totals are computed and stored on each booking.

Use it when

• You take reservations for rooms, appointments or facility time on your own site
• You need one install to handle both hotel-style stays and hourly appointments

• Availability rules: weekly windows, date overrides, block-outs, buffers, minimum notice
• Public pages /bookings and /book/:slug, guest self-service via /bookings/manage/:token
• Embeddable booking widget LiveView
• Named units, 5-minute slot holds and providers that cannot be double-booked across services
• Confirmation, approval, cancellation and reminder emails; waitlist
• Admin: Reservations, Services and Settings under /admin/bookings
