Manufacturing

Adds a Manufacturing section with a reference book of production machines: name, code, manufacturer, serial number, status, location note and free-form metadata. Machines link many-to-many to machine types; machine types, operations and defect reasons are entities-backed directories. Production orders and warehouse integration are on the roadmap, not shipped.

Use it when

• You need a register of production machines and their types
• You plan to build manufacturing workflows on top of PhoenixKit and want the machine data first
