Keeps stock per catalogue item and warehouse location and changes it through posted documents: goods receipts, goods issues, inventory documents (stocktakes) and transfers, plus internal and supplier orders that record demand. Posting is atomic and every posted line records the quantity it replaced. It adds minimums with a deficit view, a turnover report and optional AI counting from photos.
Use it when
- You need stock levels per warehouse for items in your catalogue
- You want receipts, issues and stocktakes as documents with an audit trail
What it gives you
