CRM

v0.19.0

Contacts, companies and logged interactions, with per-role access

Requires Comments

Install CRM

An interaction-tracking CRM: contacts (people) and companies (legal entities), and the calls, emails, meetings and notes logged against them. Each record has files, images, comments and an activity feed. It also stores company memberships, supplier/customer/manufacturer/partner roles, mailing lists and per-user column settings, and lets you choose which roles get CRM access.

Use it when

  • You need to log calls and meetings with customers and suppliers inside your app
  • You keep contact lists that the newsletters module can send to

What it gives you

  • Contacts with optional linked login account, avatar and trash/restore
  • Companies with a members roster, logo and merged interaction view
  • Interactions (call/email/meeting/note/other) anchored to a contact or company, with involved parties
  • Contact lists with members and import
  • Role opt-in with per-role subtabs at /admin/crm/role/:role_uuid
  • Per-user column configuration and activity logging
