Comments

Comments that attach to any record by resource type and UUID, without schema coupling. Comments nest without depth limit and have one like or dislike per user, with an optional approval workflow. It stores comments, likes and dislikes, and is used by CRM, staff, projects, posts, warehouse and manufacturing for their comment threads.

Use it when

• You need a comment thread under posts, tickets or any of your own records
• You want comments held for approval and moderated from an admin page
