Newsletters
v0.7.1Email broadcasts to CRM lists or roles, with layouts and unsubscribe
Requires templates
Install NewslettersSends email broadcasts written in Markdown to a CRM contact list or to users with given roles, delivered through Oban with per-send-profile rate limits. It stores broadcasts, per-recipient deliveries and multi-language layouts, renders each email in the recipient's language, and provides unsubscribe and preference-center pages.
Use it when
- You send announcements or newsletters to your users or CRM contacts
- You need throttled sending with per-recipient delivery status
What it gives you
- Broadcasts: draft -> scheduled -> sending -> sent, cancel and resend of failed deliveries
- Audiences from CRM contact lists or core roles
- Per-language layouts managed under Newsletters > Layouts
- Per-recipient delivery records with sent/delivered/opened/bounced/failed/blocked
- Unsubscribe flow and public preference center
- Up to 10 Storage file attachments per broadcast
Example
config :my_app, Oban,
repo: MyApp.Repo,
queues: [newsletters_delivery: 10]
