Projects
v0.33.1Projects built from a reusable task library, with dependencies and schedules
Requires AI Staff Comments Entities
Install ProjectsProject and task management: a library of reusable tasks, projects that pull them in as assignments, dependencies with cycle detection, templates cloned into projects, and schedule math for planned versus projected end. Assignees are a team, department or person from phoenix_kit_staff. It stores tasks, task dependencies, projects, assignments and project dependencies.
Use it when
- You run repeatable projects (installations, onboarding) built from the same tasks
- You need to see who is working on what across teams and departments
What it gives you
- Task library with estimated durations and default assignees
- Projects with immediate or scheduled start and completion detection
- Per-project and default dependencies with multi-hop cycle detection
- Project templates cloned in one transaction
- List, Timeline and Calendar views; assignee filters
- Seven widgets for phoenix_kit_dashboards; admin under /admin/projects
